Website content is informational and does not constitute engineering, electrical, legal, tax, financial, utility, or incentive-program advice for a particular property or project.

Submitting a contact, site-assessment, service, or residential-estimate form does not create a contractor-client relationship, obligate EVCIA to accept a project, reserve a schedule, or constitute a binding proposal or price. Project scope, pricing, equipment, schedule, warranty, and other obligations apply only when stated in a separate written agreement accepted by the applicable parties.

3. Site conditions, equipment, and programs

Actual project requirements depend on field conditions, available electrical capacity, plans, code requirements, permitting authorities, utilities, equipment availability, manufacturer requirements, and other project-specific factors. Product compatibility, rebates, tax credits, utility programs, demand-response revenue, interconnection approval, and incentive availability may change and are not guaranteed through website content.

4. Your submissions

You are responsible for providing information you are authorized to share and that is reasonably accurate. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, protected health information, export-controlled material, or other highly sensitive information through website forms. You authorize EVCIA and its service providers to use submitted information to evaluate and respond to your request as described in our Privacy Policy.
